DEAF SPORTS FUND
HOW IT STARTED...
In the Summer of 2025, God developed and grew something new in our ministry: a regional sports camp for both Hearing and Deaf athletes.
At this inaugural camp, 1,100+ H.S. students and 200+ college leaders from across the Mid-Atlantic Region came together for five days of fitness, faith, and fellowship at Liberty University (VA); it was amazing!
Additionally, we offered our 1st Deaf Sports programs with Deaf Soccer and Deaf Basketball, with 5 Deaf H.S. athletes, 5 Deaf College Huddle Leaders, 1 Deaf Coach, and a team of ASL Interpreting Volunteers as an integral part of this huge and impactful, faith-filled sports camp!
God started something new last summer, but He is not finished yet!
WHAT IS NEXT?
Since we serve athletes that are a largely underserved community in our world today (Deaf athletes), our FCA Deaf Ministry raises scholarship dollars to subsidize the camp registration fees ($569 for sports camp) for each Deaf, Hard-of-Hearing, and CODA (Child of Deaf Adults) athletes we send to camp.
We are raising
$6,000 to send every Deaf athlete who applies for a scholarship to camp and to
ensure no one is turned away.
Here is a current update of camp scholarships (as of 4/30/2026):

Your gift will send a Deaf athlete to camp, provide dorms & meals for the week, access to the Gospel and small groups in American Sign Language, and ongoing discipleship after the camp ends!
Note: Any additional amount of support we raise for camp scholarships will be utilized in the following ways: help provide extra support with food or transportation costs, saved funds for future FCA camps.
